Mum of two, business owner and dog lover.
Having spent her life helping others, building businesses, coaching and mentoring, in 2016 - Helen needed to stop and take her own advice.
It was a crazy time, when there was simply no time in the day for HER, so she developed Flourish – a quick and simple way to keep herself on track, and even on the toughest days.
It worked so well for her that she embedded it into the job descriptions of her employees, from there, things accelerated.
In 3 short years Flourish has become a way of life, which has helped her achieved amazing results both personally and professionally.
